How do I find charging stations?
With the app, you can see at a glance which charging points are available. You receive information about price, connection type, and location, so you can quickly find the right station.
Can I charge without a physical charging card?
Yes! You can charge your car directly via the app. An RFID charging card can only be useful at locations with a weak network connection, such as some parking garages.
Is a charging card required?
Not necessarily. With ChargeOn, you can charge without an extra card. If you still want to use one for optimal coverage, you can request a free RFID card and link it to your account.
What are Fair Use notifications?
The app warns you when extra costs may arise. You receive notifications just before the costs take effect, at the start of charging, and after 30 and 60 minutes, so you can keep track of your usage.
How do I view my charging history and receipts?
Under the Receipts menu, you will find an overview of all your charging sessions. You can download a PDF receipt for your records within 24 hours of charging.
How does the filter function work?
With the filters, you can quickly find the right charging station, for example based on power, plug type, or current availability.
